We have an extensive range of options available for each of our kit homes. Our standard inclusion list is available here, but please contact us so that we can step you through the process.
Our plans are particularly spacious. Even our smallest two bedroom kit is 15m2 larger than most of our competitors.
Our team is also experienced in practical house design. We can assist you to design a home of your own that will suit your requirements or if you already have a design, provide a kit for your own specific plan.
Our Home Kits inlcude the following:
- Drafting services and assistance for Council / Planning apporval
- BASIX certificates (where needed)
- Steel or Timber frame options engineered to meet Australian standards
- Building guides and manuals
- Project Management Schedule
- Project Management and quality control information and checklists
- Ongoing assistance from our local team of experts
We have two display homes currently under construction just outside of Canberra. One is a custom design with steel frames and the other is a modified "Molonglo" with timber frames.
